Trebuchet:

All fees are:

Trebuchet:

- Is not responsible for third-party conduct or outcomes
- Does not act as an agent, broker, or intermediary unless expressly agreed in writing
All third-party relationships are entered into at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property and Platform Protections
All rights, title, and interest in the Services are owned exclusively by Trebuchet, including:
- Software, databases, and infrastructure
- Analytical models and methodologies
- Scoring systems and frameworks
- Reports, outputs, and dashboards
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or decompile
- Replicate or reproduce
- Use outputs to build competing products
- Access the Services to benchmark or extract methodologies
9. Data Rights and Derived Data
You retain ownership of data you provide.
However, Trebuchet retains all rights to:
- Aggregated data
- Anonymized data
- Derived data and analytics
- Models, benchmarks, and insights generated
Trebuchet may use such data:
- To improve Services
- For internal analytics and benchmarking
- For commercial purposes, provided it does not identify you
10. Confidentiality

- System architecture
- Pricing structures

Trebuchet shall not be liable for:

Trebuchet’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- Amount paid by you in the prior 90 days, or
- $1,000

- Your violation of these Terms

14. Termination and Suspension
